How do I sign up a new school?
If you haven’t already begun entering a school, you can sign up by hitting the ‘New Schools Registration’ link. If you have registered in 2010, your details have not been saved. Please click on 'New School Registration'

What if I have already begun registration?
You would have been emailed a username and password when you registered your school. Check your email (and Spamfolder) for this information. You can then use the username and password logon section which will reopen your registration.

What if I forget my password?
Use the forgotten password link on the left hand panel.

My spreadsheet won't upload
Before calling Bicycle Victoria please check the following:
1. You have your spreadsheet saved as a .csv file
2. All compulsory fields (those marked with a *) are filled in for each participant
3. Information like DOB must be provided in correct format DD/MM/YYYY
4. Double check your ratios are accurate

All these items need to be correct for your spreadsheet to upload. If you have checked all of these and ensured they are correct and you still can't upload, then please contact us.

Spots are limited, how do I guarantee my schools place?
The schools that register and pay Bicycle Victoria first will secure the spots. We do expect to have more demand than supply so make sure you register and submit payment quickly via cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to Bicycle Victoria.

What if I send the money and places are full?
We will delete your schools registration and return the money to you.

Can I book spots even though I don’t know who is coming?
The system will allow you to book spots even if you don’t know the names of the students. You can enter students names and change them at a later date (no charge). However once you hit the invoice button, you are locked in to pay a non-refundable deposit for that amount of places and you cannot add or delete any.

What if my ratios are incorrect?
You will not be able to register if your ratios are above or below the specified amount. Any additional people outside the ratio cannot register with the school and if they still want to come, they can sign up as general public. But spots are selling fast - work out your ratios now, so people can still sign up in general entry if they are outside these.

What if I accidently hit the create invoice button and I have people to add?
These invoices are not reversible. Once you create a booking invoice, you cannot add any more riders to your school. Therefore, if you have created an invoice, there is nothing we can do to add riders to your school. They can try signing up in the general public system if there are spots left.
